Membership Application
Any adult interested in computing can become a member of the Mid-Hudson Computer User Group.
Please print and fill out the MHCUG membership application form, then mail with your check to the address indicated. Print an extra copy or more to give to friends.
Also available as Adobe Acrobat file for 3-up printing.
Current members should use the same form for renewals and address changes.
